CONFERENCE PROGRAMME NOW LIVE

GREAT NEWS: We’ve changed the way we put the programme together on the website, making it far more dynamic and digestible. You can now search the programme by theatre, stream and now by your organisation, job title and key areas of interest and made it easier for you to find the right sessions for you.

2015 is another landmark year for health and social care. No one needs reminding that we have a General Election and new Government on the horizon, a new vision for the NHS to get cracking on and the ever-present spectre of a £30 billion deficit. Setting aside the longer-term vision, the NHS has an immediate A&E crisis and 2015/16 is predicted to be one of its toughest financial years on record.

In the midst of all this, Commissioning 2015 is perfectly timed in June to cover all the big issues that are impacting on your organisations, services, staff and patients.  The programme will include high-level debate and analysis on the future of the NHS and social care under the new Government, case studies from the vanguard sites that are trailblazing new models of care across the system and best practice examples of delivering more accessible, high quality, cost-effective services centred round the needs of patients.

There will also be highly interactive sessions focussing on topics like the Better Care Fund, Co-commissioning, patient activation, integrating mental health, harnessing new technology and care of the frail and elderly. This is the conference to attend to get up to speed post-election, to be educated and inspired by your peers, and to find out how the NHS Five Year Forward View is reshaping the health and care landscape.

Post election The Commissioning Show will host the latest ministerial speakers, who will giving one of their first public addresses to the sector at the conference.

When you register to attend Commissioning your badge will give you access to all the seven shows of Health+Care if you wish.
