Jocelyn Savage

Development Manager, Dimensions UK
Jocelyn Savage kick started her career in social care in 2001 when she worked for a drug and alcohol residential rehab unit working with people through detoxification, treatment and planning their discharge.
In 2005 Jocelyn joined Dimensions as a Team Leader for a transition service focused on young people to develop their independence. From this she started developing supported living services in 2007. Jocelyn was appointed into a first of its kind role in 2010, as a Support Advisor and developed, in partnership with our lead Behaviour Consultant the process of developing individual service designs for people with complex and challenging behaviour. This led to the highest value package of care in a community setting being developed for an individual we supported out of hospital into his own home.
As a result of her experience in personalised service development, Jocelyn became Regional Business Development Manager in 2016. And to date she continues her work around complex needs, by developing the process in which Dimensions nationally follows on how to create exemplar services.
