The impact of supporting staff delivering innovation

The Digital Pioneer Fellowship supports individuals, employed by NHS organisations, to deliver and lead digital transformation projects. This upskilling of staff improves the success of projects, in turn improving outcomes and experiences for both staff and patients. Having supported 97 Fellows across 45 organisations, and now supporting Chelsea and Westminster to deliver a Trust specific programme, we’d like to share our learnings and those of some of the Fellows who have been through the programme.
