The lessons learned from connecting medical devices across an integrated care system.

Connecting hospital grade medical devices across integrated healthcare is a complex task. We work with Frimley Health Foundation and Royal Cornwall Trust to enable their Hospital@Home and 111 teams to send medical device results directly to primary and secondary care service. In this presentation I will give insight into these case studies and discuss the challenges we encountered and solutions we developed that apply to all areas of integrated care, such as virtual wards, ambulance and paramedic service, GP’s and surgical centres.
