Data and the ED: Using the GIRFT SEDIT tool to understand your demand, capacity, flow and outcomes - and how to improve them

The GIRFT Summary ED Indicator Tool (SEDIT) has been developed to give ED teams an accessible, real-time summary of their demand, capacity, flow and outcomes data so they can assess their performance, understand where and why there is variation and make targeted improvements. This session will demonstrate how teams can use the SEDIT to see the causes and consequences of their current position, and use the data to inform and improve practice.
