Creating a responsive, inclusive transformation team

Transformation is a team sport not an individual passion. Delivery of high quality care usually involves staff from multiple disciplines supported from finance, IT, facilities management and administrators. Innovating and improving care has implications for patients and for all these staff and during the pandemic response we have seen several effective teams developed to deliver transformation effectively. During this session we will discuss how to build effective transformation teams.
