Saving lives during COVID with Digital Twins

In the digital economy, customer perception is the only reality. Understanding real world journeys unlocks each unique digital experiences, with millions of devices, networks, and end users. How can we possibly understand, model, and engage with them all?

In this session, we are going to explore how MIT tests software. Building on last year's case study around COVID contract tracing, 12 months later into the pandemic, we look at new testing challenges presented by the introduction of the vaccine passport and global rollout to over 30 countries and different languages.

Sharing real world examples of how you can adopt shift right approaches and revolutionize how you test in this new reality and drive smarter decisions by reduce costly, reactive rework and errors.

By introducing the Shift Right approach, directly engaging with the end users and understanding exactly what they are doing you can model and reproduce the behaviours through Model Based Testing (MBT).

Practical examples of how to use everyday analytics tools like Google Analytics to visualize and understand end user behaviours better. How to apply in the real-world patterns for "Model-Based Testing“ from part 8 of the ISO 29119 standard
