PainChek

PainChek is the World's First intelligent pain assessment tool. Its mission is to give a voice to those who cannot reliably verbalise their pain. PainChek is a mobile app-based medical device that utilises Ai and facial analysis technology to identify and quantify the presence of pain for those who cannot reliably self-report, such as people living with dementia and other cognitive impairments. The assessment process covers six domains that indicate pain, these are; the face, voice, movement, behaviour, activity and body. The automated assessment is combined with binary-based checklists to complete the overall pain score.
