The Beneficial Changes Network has been established to build on the incredible ways in which people and systems continually improve through transformation, innovation and collaboration. We are a collaborative group of health and social care stakeholders and people with lived experience who want to harness and capture the benefits, evaluate these changes, to share the knowledge and embed the learning. Join us to find out about our how our coproduced Network connects people close to care with decision making.

We have amazing examples to share. Hear about learning across boundaries, from Dr Chloe Macaulay’s experience of Child Health Teams. This person centred approach at Primary Care Network shows how transformation makes a real difference. Find out how clinicians are collaborating; the outcomes and how barriers have been overcome.
