Involving patients and the public in social prescribing

The session will discuss the importance of involving patients and the public in social prescribing and discuss the findings and recommendations from the NAPP and NALW report on how Patient Participation Groups (PPGs) and Social Prescribing Link Workers are working together to improve patient outcomes.
