ICS – Spread and Adoption Collaborating for spread and adoption of what works: Can improvement and innovation support ICS teams to meet their aspirations? What can we learn from existing systems and projects about transforming pathways, and creating the conditions for success? The South West AHSN uses its core capabilities to support delivery of commissioned national and regional programmes in local systems by: Identifying and spreading innovative practice: a portfolio or programmes providing practical support to identify, adopt and spread innovation Building capability: supporting ICSs to build their capability to innovate and improve Evaluating and learning: supporting ICSs to evaluate the impact of improvements and capture learning Locally the team is exploring macro and micro practices to form adaptive processes around innovation pipelines, and across integrated care pathways to help teams at all levels deliver this work quicker and more effectively
