Understanding Behaviour as Communication

Everybody communicates through behaviour; Jonathan will be exploring why it is important to empathise with and meet the needs of the people you support.

Jonathan will facilitate a discussion exploring the reasons behind behaviour. It is important for us all to understand that all behaviour is communication, but to also be able to interpret what is being communicated.
