Use of innovation in providing culturally-appropriate care

In this presentation we will be discussing the need for culturally appropriate care, the lack of it and the negative impact this has on care receivers. The presentation will also explore why care leaders don’t proactively provide care receivers with culturally appropriate care. Finally, we will conclude the presentation by discussing how and what technology can be used to provide care receivers with culturally appropriate care and the positive impact this has on their quality of life and care.
