'You’ll make a good social worker, but the trouble is you think too much’: building the evidence for improvement in adult social care

IMPACT is the new UK centre for implementing evidence in adult social care. As it gets up and running as a national centre and starts to pilot its four main delivery models in practice, IMPACT has been learning from people across adult social care about the barriers to brining about change on the ground and ways of working that might help. This sessions reviews these insights - including from the perspectives of people who draw on care and support, carers and front-line staff - and summarises emerging lessons as to what might make most difference on the ground.
