Ann Williams is commissioning and contracts manager, Liverpool City Council. Innovation and led phase 1 and 2 of the DCMS funded Liverpool 5G health and social care project. Ann was recently announced as UK5G’s latest advisory board member and is co-chair of the UK5G’s ‘Place’ sub-committee. Ann has a wealth of experience commissioning social services including mental health services and advocacy services including Healthwatch.
