Clare Jefferies

Clare is the owner of Home Instead in Wimbledon & Kingston. Over the last 11 years, she has focused on building relationships in her local community, delivering over 1 million hours of care, and being the first homecare provider in the country to receive three Outstanding ratings in a row by the CQC. ‘I am fascinated by dementia. Teaching people how to use the right language and behaviours can make such a difference to everyone involved. Having been a daughter myself needing care for my parents, I understand the pressures that families feel when things go wrong. It’s a pleasure to be doing this for a living’.
