Debbie is a registered nurse since 1986 and has worked across the healthcare economy in NHS, private nursing home management and in the non-profit sector as an advocate for vulnerable adults. Debbie graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) with Open University in 2006 and moved from clinical practice over to clinical governance and has been working in patient safety since 2010. Currently the Patient Safety Manager at Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust.
