Dominique is the Chair of the Homecare Association, is Non-Executive Director of London and Quadrant, and is also a director of the Live-in Care Hub. She is also an advisor for Thalamos. Dominique has recently been appointed as CEO for Pacific Investments and will be leading the development of their Senior Living Offer. Prior to this role Dominique was the Chief Operating Officer of Sodexo’s UK home care services. She also worked at The Good Care Group for 11 years where she was Managing Director since its acquisition in April 2019. The Good Care Group has been a fast growing provider of high quality live-in care services, enabling older people to stay in their own homes and communities. Dominique is proud to have achieved an Outstanding Care Quality Commission (CQC) rating in all five categories for The Good Care Group.
