Dr Molloy leads the Clinical team in the Health Inequalities Improvement Programme. She is an editor at BMJ Leader. She’s passionate about leadership, patient and public involvement and engagement, and making a positive difference. She’s a doctor in infectious diseases and general medicine focusing on holistic care for all including vulnerable people, women, and migrants. She is a member of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of Ireland and England. She has a MSc in Public Health from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She has submitted her PhD thesis in the Patient Safety Translational Research Centre in Imperial College.
