Gillian Pearson

Gillian is the Social Prescribing Manger and champion for Personalised Care and Health Inequalities for Herefordshire PCNs. She is passionate about developing integrated care to deliver high quality early preventative interventions focussing on wellbeing to our population. Gillian is leading and co-ordinating work to develop video group clinic models lead by personalised care practitioners in Herefordshire and in her PCN.
