Helen Rudkin

Helen has deep experience in the TEC Industry as a Business Development Manager formerly at Mole Valley. She was a dynamic driver of change within the organisation including management of a monitoring centre & installation teams, working through tender processes, implementation and mobilisation of new contracts, partnership working and full buy-in to digital setups for delivery models & workforce. Helen and her team have been through the Quality Standards Framework driving implementation of the auditing Scheme, her main objective being to keep the service user at the heart of any decision making. This experience gives her unique insight into the support needed to those on the framework.
