Lead for the Learn from Patient Safety Events (LFPSE) Service,

Lucie has worked on developing the successor to the National Reporting and Learning System (NRLS) in the national Patient Safety team for the last 8 years, where she leads a small team undertaking the agile digital development of LFPSE. The first segment of the tools went live in July 2021. She has a background in clinical policy management, and an MSc in Health Policy from Imperial College London.
