An experienced Executive Director with clinical background and 20 years in several senior leadership roles, including provider and commissioning boards; regional leadership within SHA; regional clinical quality director Trust Development Authority and NHS Improvement. Previously led and contributed to FT assessment processes within SHA & TDA which included approving quality governance systems and leadership in addition to supporting trusts to progress to FT. Led and delivered governance reviews and well led assessments in NHS Trusts & FTs. Supported organisations in developing board capability and leadership plans to improve CQC well-led ratings, quality assurance & quality improvement. A qualified executive coach with extensive experience of mentoring and coaching senior leaders from a range of organisations. Non executive experience within the NHS including Maternity Champion and Freedom to Speak up.
