After working most of her life in Industry (manufacturing and distribution) in process improvement and people development, Mary joined the NHS as a project manager in 2019. Her skills stem from an education in “lean methodology” and quality improvement which she has found relate equally in the healthcare management. Mary is the commissioner for the video group clinic programme in BOB Integrated Care System.
