Nathan Downing

Nathan has extensive experience of consultancy within Local Government Social Care and Health sectors. Nathan spent several years on the Care Services Efficiency Delivery (CSED) programme within the Dept. of Health, focussing on implementation and realisation of sustainable efficiencies within health and social care. Over the past decade, Nathan has worked with Improvement & Efficiency West Midlands (IEWM) and ADASS West Midlands as Regional Telehealthcare lead and has provided focussed support to more than 40 organisations across local authorities, housing organisations, care providers and the NHS. Within TSA, Nathan is Director of Membership & Consultancy Services.
