Paul Cresswell

Paul leads the acute trust’s Quality Strategy, CQC inspections and engagement, healthcare legal and clinical effectiveness & audit. Plus various improvement projects. He previously worked for 18 months as Board secretary and before that for 10 years in the internal audit function across acute and PCT/CCG activities. In his early career, Paul worked for Barclays Bank in various roles, latterly their Internal Audit function. He is FCCA accountancy qualified and has an MSC in Healthcare Leadership (NHS Leadership Academy). Paul is a trustee of a Gloucestershire-based mental health charity and also leads projects in the Philippines through his local church.
