Polly Bishop

Polly is an experienced leader in digitally enabled healthcare strategy and transformation, working as a coach and consultant. As NHSX Director of Digital Experience, she led NHS.uk, the NHS App and NHS login and national citizen digital strategy. More recently, she has been working with ICSs and other organisations to develop and deliver cross system digital strategies, organisation design and collaborative working. Polly is passionate about the potential for digital and data to enable transformation of healthcare experiences and outcomes, increase access, reduce inequalities and drive efficiency.
