Sarah Moreton

Sarah Moreton is a senior social Prescriber in the Crosby and Maghull area of Sefton, outside Liverpool. Sarah’s career has featured social prescribing in one guise or another over the last 20 years, including work within social housing, offending and probation, learning disabilities and mental health services. Having worked in some of the most deprived areas in the north west, Sarah wants to continue improving the lives of the people in the local community by making sure everyone has the confidence to have choice and control over their own health and wellbeing.
