Ukonu Obasi

I am a Healthcare academic at Arden University with a focus on public health and health promotion. My working experience runs across the design, delivery and evaluation of public health programmes across England and Nigeria. I have experience of working in the National Health Service (NHS), local authority, private sector, charity sector as well as in Public health England, where I was involved in the roll out of the National Diabetes Prevention programme, and later in the performance and quality process of the strategy department. I am passionate about health and community, I am active politically and was the parliamentary candidate during the 2017 and 2019 General elections with the Liberal democrats.
